I go to the WMR site and it says We can not provide any info about your refund. To call IRS and give Ref# 9001 what does this mean

I just got verified by phone with letter and code. I been calling forever. Seem like if you don't give them too much attitude they will be a little more helpful. The Rep told me they have to say 9 weeks but most people get the refund within 2 weeks after verification.... She said the WMR bars return in 4 to 7 days after verification. So they are processing me now. The reason ppl having trouble getting through on the verification phone is because ppl keep calling back to check status on that same line after they have verified. FYI they don't have status on that particular phone number, they can only verify and put you back into processing. So if you checking status don't call the verification line so other ppl can get cleared. Plus you'll be pissed off after waiting 30 minutes minimum to be told you called the wrong number. What a nightmare this tax season!

They said they sent it 01/31. But that Rep was a do do bird... I got it this passed Saturday. The date on it says February 23!!! So after calling do much j learned this.... half the ppl don't know how to send the letter out. But you will know if you get someone on the line that is not a temporary worker, an actual IRS expert because they will say give it a week to receive it or would you like it resent? I said no at first eventually when I got a real IRS Rep  again I said yes resend it. Then it  came in four days...A way to know if you talking with temporary help or the experienced IRS Rep is the real ones actually know what they are doing they can tell you the date it was mailed. Or resend it

I talked to a lady today an told her , when I called yesterday the lady told me if I didnt receive the letter yesterday to call today an have it resent. She verified my info and said it has been sent . So idk

I just had a IRS rep tell me that they cannot look and see if a letter has been sent out. Smh.

@stephen8335  you either get a temp worker responding with generic answers from a script or a real IRS Rep.... the temp workers can't do much but man the phones and say generic shit. You have to call until you know you talking to the real deal because they know how to resend it and how to look up the date they mailed it out. Temp workers don't have access to the computer system at all. Hence all the generic answers and BS attitudes.... Keep trying til you get the real deal on the line....if I didn't I would still be waiting on a letter that I would never get. Just hang up when they say they can't tell you and call right back until you get the right person to talk to that's what I did. When she asked me about it I said the call kept dropping. Because those temp ppl USELESS and not even trained....fr

That's crazy @adamhuffer16 maybe you pissed off the IRS agent. I heard from a neighbor they will flag you as a fail if they don't like your attitude which should be illegal!!!! But that's what I heard. They like them telemarketers used to call back to back on the old house phone!!! Lol..because you say some sly remark and they click call back in ten minutes and harass ppl. But yeah they decide if you verified or not. Hopefully you weren't targeted like that. But if I was I would be on the phone with the tax advocate office!!!

After the verification how long will it take
