@stephen8335 you either get a temp worker responding with generic answers from a script or a real IRS Rep.... the temp workers can't do much but man the phones and say generic shit. You have to call until you know you talking to the real deal because they know how to resend it and how to look up the date they mailed it out. Temp workers don't have access to the computer system at all. Hence all the generic answers and BS attitudes.... Keep trying til you get the real deal on the line....if I didn't I would still be waiting on a letter that I would never get. Just hang up when they say they can't tell you and call right back until you get the right person to talk to that's what I did. When she asked me about it I said the call kept dropping. Because those temp ppl USELESS and not even trained....fr
