Yes, when you print, sign, and mail in your tax return, it takes 4 to 6 weeks at minimum for you to get your refund.

Did YOU mail your tax return? TurboTax does not mail it for you. If you did not e-file or put that printed tax return in an envelope and take it to a mailbox yourself, it has not been filed.
