Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities, There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals.

I understand, but I received the federal refund sometime in March. However, I have yet to receive my state refund, even though it indicates that it is accepted. In addition, the amount of the refund is not seen.
Accepted just means received for processing. It does not mean Approved, which is a later step. Each state has its own timetable, and some take a long time.
I have certified that the state refund has been accepted, yet I have received the money yet
Maybe the state is still processing it. Accepted is only the first step. Then they process it then they send it. What state? What does the state website say? Check out the links posted on the first answer.
What do you mean the refund is not seen? Are you sure you have a refund? Maybe it's a tax due.
On the front page, the federal refund can be seen, yet the state refund just indicates that it is accepted, however I can not the money I am supposed to receive. I am certain that it a refund.
@user176244 You know you could print out the state return and look it over, right?
