I have already received my refund but I’m not sure if I included a 1099 R form. Is there a way to view the 1099R forms that I submitted without having to do an Amend?

Look at your Form 1040 Lines 4 and 5.  If there is no amount on those lines then you probably did not enter the Form 1099-R.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state. 

This will take you back to the 2021 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

See if all the 1099R box 1 income is in box 4a and 5a.   Although that make not work.  Right, do NOT click on Amend.   Click on Add a State to let  you back in but be careful not to change anything.
