I got a letter from irs saying my taxes weren't done correct when turbo tax did them and I been waiting for my taxes and haven't received nothing please gelp

What did the IRS say was wrong?  Did they adjust your refund?  Do they say you owe?  Only the IRS can tell you if or when you will get the refund.  The IRS doesn't tell Turbo Tax anything about your tax return.  You need to call the IRS and ask them about it.

One of the first things I would do is compare your return line by line to last year's return.  Maybe you will spot something that was entered different or on the wrong line, etc.  Or you left something out.     Maybe your filing status is wrong.  Did you file as Single?  Are you divorced?  When?

Turbo Tax is a self prepared return. They only guarantee the calculations are right based on your entries. They won't know if you entered something wrong or twice or in the wrong place or left something out. It doesn't check against any outside sources. The IRS has copies of all the W2s and 1099s your employer and banks/brokers, etc. sent in to match against. Turbo Tax only checks the calculations of what you entered. It is your responsibility to check it over before you file.

If you have never prepared your own tax return before then you might have made some mistakes.   TurboTax's calculations are based on the information you entered; if you left out information or entered something incorrectly, that was a user error.  You do not say what your letter from the IRS said.   Did the IRS catch a mistake and correct it for you?   Did they change your refund or the amount of tax you owe?  TurboTax does not get any information from the IRS after you file your return, so no one at TurboTax knows about a letter that the IRS sent to you or what they changed.   Provide some details so we can help you understand.  Do not post any of your personal information like name or SSN, etc..though.
