I got a job in the summer 2018 i still work there till now im 17 now Do i have to file my W2 If i do can i still be on my parents dependent Will i get a refund money back

You will file your own tax return. If any taxes were withheld from your pay and you earned "LESS" than $12,000 in 2018, then you will get all those withheld taxes in box 2 of your W-2 refunded to you. Also, you MUST select the option for "I can be claimed on someone else's return". If you don't select that option, then your parent's can not claim you as a dependent on their tax return.
