It's possible you've logged into or created a new account. TurboTax will allow you to create multiple accounts under the same email address, but the program won't share information between accounts.
To check what usernames are associated with your email address:
- Sign out of your account, and then use your email address to log back in.
- We'll send you a code to verify your identity.
- After you enter that code, you'll see a list of usernames associated with that email address as well as the date that username was last used.
- Choose the username that you used in prior years, your information should transfer to the current year.
