I filed on January 29, I was suppose to receive my card for my refund to be loaded on the 7th-the 10th but I still have not received card as of today?

Normally it takes 7 to 10 business days to get your card after you order it. That does not include weekends. So if you have not received it, you can call the toll-free NetSpend Customer Service Line 1-855-646-8848. They can check and provide you the status on your card.
