Has your return been accepted by the IRS? How long ago did you file?

Until they accept or reject it, they won't have any record of it. Once you've been accepted, wait at least 24 hours before you use the IRS Where's My Refund? site.  If you jump the gun, you may be told?—incorrectly?—that you never filed.

You can verify your e-filed return below. 

E-file status lookup. 

You can also try calling the WMR automated hotline instead of Where's My Refund: 1-800-829-1954 or visit the IRS website.   

Tax returns can disappear from WMR while they are being processed.

I need to print my 2019 tax return but cannot find it on account. I paid $80.00 for the filing and $45.00 for the state of Kansas. The order # TTWCD142189689 on May 02, 2020. Please help.

To access your current or prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created.  TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.
