You should receive an email when your Refund Advance funds are available. Make sure to check your spam folder in case the email went there.  For more information about when to expect your Refund Advance, please see the following TurboTax help article: When will I get my Refund Advance?

i am experiencing the same.  no word or notifications but my taxes were accepted on the 23rd.
