I filed my tax return 2021 on Turbo Tax which I purchased. I have 2022 saved, but can't find 2021?

A Turbo Tax customer service person found 2021 for me on my computer but now I can't find it.  Help?

If you used the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions for tax year 2021 then any saved tax returns and saved PDF's of those returns will be on the computer where they were saved.

By default the tax data files, which has a file extension of .tax2021 for tax year 2021, and the PDF's are stored in the TurboTax folder within the Documents directory.

When you start the 2021 TurboTax program on your computer the saved 2021 tax data file should be listed.  If it is not then you will need to use the Search function on your computer for the tax data file.

If you used the TurboTax online editions for tax year 2021 then you can download the PDF of the return.

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
