What happened? Was the return rejected and you did not notice? Does your account say "rejected," "printed" or "ready to mail?"
If you realize now that your return was not e-filed successfully, then you will need to file it by mail. E-filing is permanently closed for past year returns. You will need to print the return, sign and date it in ink, and mail it in.

Start a 2024 return online and enter some personal information so that the menu on the left opens up and lets you access your past year returns.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.
