I filed my 2022 tax via. mail and still haven't heard anything regarding for 3 weeks. How can I know the status of it?

Three weeks ago?  Allow more time.  It can take four or more weeks before you see any information on the IRS site when you mail a tax return.   Next time you mail anything to the IRS use a mailing service that tracks it like certified mail so you will know it was received.

  TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2023 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

My 2021 took 18 months before I got some of it refunded. I’m still waiting for my 2022 I sent last January (I sent both by mail). I called the IRS and they had a lot of system issues related to my returns (that’s what happens when you use computers from the second half of the 20th century).
  I recommend calling the customer service number and find out what is happening (I’ve never had any of my returns lost in the mail in 14 years of mailing). After that, I would recommend congressional help.
