I filed my 2019 taxes with turbo tax i got my state back but the irs sent a letter saying they never received my refund. From turbotax so i need all my tax document

I called and talk to custorm service at turbo tax they gave me some kind of number to give to the irs showing i did file

I would wait.  The IRS sent out a lot of letters.  The last couple years were a mess and the IRS got way behind processing returns.
