I filed my 2019 tax return and I made $0 last year but I'm unable E-File it and I have to mail it due to the form I had to use on turbo tax...can I change this?

If there is no income entered on the tax return, then it cannot be e-filed but will have to be printed and mailed.

Note - If you had no income of any kind there is no reason or need to file a tax return.  The IRS will not process a tax return with no income entered.
