I filed my 2017 tax with turbo tax and I never received it. I received a letter, called them and gave them all the information they wanted. I still havent received it.

Do you mean your Refund?  A letter from who?  What did they want?

I received a letter from the IRS to verify my information. they wanted me to send a copy of my drivers license, w2, my tax return i filed. but since I called them and verified everything, they told me I didn't have to do anything else. but so far no return from 2017
