I filed jointly with my wife for the past 2 years, why Is Intuit still reaching out to me via my old profile for previous filings?

TurboTax is not able to make connections between separate accounts. When it looks at your old account it just sees that you have not filed with that account. It cannot see that you were included on a tax return in a different account.

ANNND, make sure you download a PDF of your prior tax returns from that old account NOW.

only the past 6-7 yrs are available from the old account......the oldest year is deleted each successive year and is then GONE and not recoverable.

Due to taxpayer privacy protections, the marketing department is not allowed to know that you have started filing joint returns on another account.  You can unsubscribe.
