You can always file for an extension, but remember that it is only for time to file your return, not time to pay. If you will also owe taxes for 2018, they will be due on April 15, 2019.

I have filed for extension, I have a refund coming. My tax documents did not contain two (2) 1009-R's. I have them now, should I file these documents?
