I file my tax ever year with turbotax i have been a customer for many years,, i always purchase the extra packages, I have not received my tax return

The Turbo tax website shows that everything's been approved the I.R.S website shows that it's still.It's been approved but still pending.I have received one payment from the federal tax but I have not received the state tax
