I entered wrong amount for my husband 2022 income when I was filing my tax return 2023. I tried to refile it but I couldn't find an option directing me to spouse income .

Do you mean for his 2022 AGI?  Are you filing a Joint return?  Did you file Joint for 2022?  If you filed a Joint return for 2022 you enter the same AGI for each of you.

Try entering 0 for the AGI. The IRS might have processed your return later so the AGI didn't get entered in time.  Especially if you mailed it.  That works for most people. See,

Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them.  You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places.  Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.
