I don't understand why turbotax advertises us to use credit Carma for refund advance. I definitely should have qualified but it turned me down and on top of that it still forces me to use credit Carma as my bank. And the 5 days early isn't true

Turbotax needs to switch up who they deal with because it's been false advertising and I still need to pay for max which is wrong. Is there any possible way I can change it to where I don't have max because I didn't get much help at all this year

If you've previously added the Premium Service bundle but aren't seeing an option to remove it, it's likely because you've either already completed your order or have begun using the features included in your bundle. If either of these apply, the remove option won't be available to you.

If neither of these apply, use the following instructions to reach the Remove option and delete Premium Services from your order:

1. Open or continue your return.
2. Select File to view the final steps before filing.
3. Select Revisit next to Step 1 - You've chosen to deduct your TurboTax fees from your federal refund.
4. Go to the Premium Services Benefits section and select Remove.
5. Select Remove and Pay With Card.
6. Select View Payment Options.
7. On the How would you like to pay for TurboTax? screen, select Pay Now (Pay with Federal Refund is only available with the Premium Services bundle).
