I don’t have drivers license nor state ID. I can’t skip it and leave it in black because it makes me choose and fill an option? What should I print and where send it?

Yes. Providing that information is not required except in IL and AL. Were you able to leave the license section blank and still proceed?

I worked in Alabama. I selected before to pay with my refund but now I just paid with my credit card because I read that that would allow me to print it. But it’s still not working, it still asks me for a drivers license or state ID which I don’t have because I’m foreign. I just paid almost the same amount as my refund. What can I do?

Please follow the instructions here to clear your cache as well as delete your cookies.  Once done, please close the browser and reopen and try once more.
