I cannot find 'Schedule B' in my 2106 TurboTax return even though entries where posted in questions 8b and 9b of my 1040. I need the form for a Govt request, please help

If you did not have interest or dividends of $1,500 or more then there will be no Schedule B included with the 2016 tax return.
