To access your current or prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
See this TurboTax support FAQ for accessing prior year online tax returns - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/prior-year-return/help/how-do-i-access-my-prior-year-return/01/270...
If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created. TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.
Or go to this IRS website for free federal tax return transcripts - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
For a fee of $50 you can get a complete federal tax return from the IRS by completing Form 4506 - http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4506.pdf
If you have filed your 2018 return and have received your 2018 Federal refund, then the status at the Tax Home should no longer say "in progress."
If the 2018 return status at the Tax Home says "in progress", that suggests that you have another account with the completed return. Here's how to look for another account:
You can have up to 5 accounts that use the same
email address for notification purposes. A User ID may be an email
address, but it doesn't have to be. It might be only part of an email
address, or it can be anything at all.
Filed and I received my refund

This is an old thread with multiple users. You have not said much about your situation, except that you have already filed. You didn't say if you prepared it in desktop software (CD/download) or Online TurboTax (web version).
If you prepared it in Online TurboTax, and when you log in, you can find no evidence of a 2018 return in that account, then you likely have multiple accounts. Scroll down to the answer I've already provided for others in this thread on how to look for multiple online accounts.

How do I retrieve multiple turbo accounts? It will only allow me to open the current one and I can't retrieve my 2018 taxes.
