I can’t print my tax return and I already paid for it to be filed. Will you guys do it for me ?

No, we aren't able to access your account or print your return for you. Follow this link for help with printing issues.

You could switch to e-filing or if you want to file by mail,  or you have to print it for yourself if you are choosing to file by mail.   TurboTax cannot print it for you.  A mailed return requires YOUR signature in ink, so no one else can send it to the IRS for you.   You have to sign and date it in ink.  If it is a joint return, both spouses must sign.

 If you do not have a working printer,  you can access your account from any computer that has internet access and print your return. Or save it to a flash drive.   Perhaps you need to see if a friend or relative can let you print from a computer with a printer.  Or print it at a UPS place or Staples, etc.
