I can't even pull up this years returns

I did a tax return for my daughter Kelly under [email address removed] and I was done excpet for adding in the Colorado Drivers liscense for my son and daughter in law Tim and Rebecca.  I also paid $40 for and update plus $40 for a State of Colorado return for them.... How do I get back into their file?

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state. 

This will take you back to the 2019 online tax return.
