I tried to activate card from the site. It kept saying info not correct but it is and then locked me out. Tried calling number and do not get a live person to help!

Try this to get to a live person:

 

Ignore the prompt asking for your card number.  Choose #1 for lost, stolen, or cards never received, then choose #2 for cards never received, enter SS# when prompted and continue following the instructions.

    Please click here for the TurboTax Visa Debit Card phone number and don't choose option 2, it will repeat a few times then you will get more options.
