I filed my return through turbotax in 2017, but am unable to find it in my account. I am using a different computer this year.

I have reviewed the message, regarding June of this year. I did not send that message informing you that I'm using a different computer or device. I have been informed there was a check sent. I have not signed any checks from the government. I have been in Cleveland, Mississippi since June 13th, 2020. Alvin [PII removed], has asked for a divorce. He has terminated cell phone service to [phone number removed]. I was unable to reactivate service using that number. My new number is [phone number removed]. I am not able to access his cell phone, #[phone number removed]. I am unable to confirm information w/IRS. I do not have any paperwork, as it is in the household @
[PII removed]. Alvin has informed me that, contrary to my understanding, he would not return to MS w/items he was to bring @ later point and asked me not to return to the home I purchased. He asked me to put his name on the house. He asked me to put his name on my car. I am unable to send Alvin money, in my current employment, as in past employments. And for that reason, he has cut all ties w/me.

To access your TurboTax account you have to use the exact account and user ID that were used when you prepared a tax return using the account:
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
