I am trying to update my 1099INT info and am unable to choose my bank when I hit the Review button--my bank is not listed.

On the page where it says: "Review your 1099INT info, my bank is listed and it says "needs review," but when I push the Review button, it does not list my bank in the list of banks.

Please try deleting your 1099-INT form and reentering. Then run the review again.  Please see the TurboTax FAQ's below for instructions:

There is no button to enter another way

I am trying to update my 1099INT info and am unable to choose my bank when I hit the Review button--my bank is not listed.

So I had to delete my bank info for the year 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and reenter the information.  And I'm doing it again for the year 2024.

That does work, but it doesn't seem to be very user friendly.

The analogy would be that I log into this years Turbo Tax and the software prompts me to delete my home address, phone number... and reenter the information again.

If your bank isn't listed, you can choose 'Add Investments', then 'Skip Import', choose the 'Interest' icon on the next screen, then type in your bank name and amount of interest on the next screen.

If you already entered your interest, on the Investments Summary page, if you see 'Review' for your interest entry, click that, then screen will open to enter your bank name and amount.

If you imported a 1099-INT, go to Wages & Income > Import Summary.  If this applies, and you need to make changes, it may be easier to delete the imported item, and enter it manually.

Thanks for the info.   It turns out that since my bank isn't on the TurboTax list, then the solution was to click the Skip Import button which took me to another screen which had my general bank info since I had filled out it's name, address and ID # in the prior year.   Then it was up to me to fill in a few boxes from my 1099 INT form.

I got hung up on the label of the button:  Skip Import.   If there had been a message on that screen that said something like, "If you can't find your bank in this list, then you can enter your bank info by clicking the Different Method button".   Or something like that.
