You have to mail those returns.
E-filing is closed for all of those tax years. The only way to send them in is by mail. Mail each one in its own envelope.
Even during “normal” times it takes about four months for the IRS to process an amended return. During the pandemic and due to the severe backlog at the IRS it is taking much longer—six to nine months or more for many amended returns. Do not expect quick results from amending. When the IRS issues a refund for an amended return it will be by check. They do not make direct deposits for refunds for amended returns. You can watch for information here:

Only some professionals using a professional program can efile anything at this time. All DIY programs have closed for efiling any amended returns.
Congratulations on satisfactory results from TurboTax amendments. That's unusual.
How to file:
Do not include your old 1040 nor your revised 1040 because the Form 1040-X reflects any changes there and becomes your new tax return.
With 1040-X, include any new/corrected document only if it shows federal tax withheld, and include in order only those Sequence Numbered tax forms and Schedules that changed or were added due to your amendment.
Attachment Sequence Number is on all the forms and Schedules that come after 1040.
---
If you are using TurboTax you have to do this by visual comparison. The program won't break out those pages for you.

Mail to the address shown for your location in the most recent Instructions for Form 1040-X.
@kmtrabert04 - and once you mail the amendments, figure a good 6 months until they are processed.
The IRS is woefully behind on processing amendments, but it is not as bad as it was back in June time frame.
Thanks for the information - I appreciate your help! I guess I'll get printing ...
Thank you! That explains the error.
