If you already registered, paid or filed you are not eligible to receive a refund of the fees for online TurboTax. But you can have that conversation with customer support.
No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”

If you purchased Turbotax as a CD or download, there is a 60 day no questions asked refund policy.
Because Turbotax online does not charge you until you are ready to file, paying for filing signifies you are satisfied and the policy is no refunds after that. If you are unhappy with the program, you shouldn't pay. (Paying also gives you a complete, fileable tax return, so if you could get a refund, you would get a free tax return.). If you want an exception, you have to call customer support.
