I already filed my W-2 using a third party, got my calculated federal refund, but I did not account for my crypto investments when filing my W-2. Can I file it seperate?

I did not quality for a 1099-MISC from and did not provide the third party with the CSV file I recieved from my crypto exchange and was wondering if it was possible to file my W-2 and crypto seperately.  Please and thank you.

No, it is not possible to file two tax returns, one with your W-2 and one with just your crypto. You'll need to amend your tax return so your new tax return shows your W-2 along with your crypto.
