I already filed for 2024 but now I need to file a 1040-ES

I received a lump payment in Jan of 2025 and now I need to make tax payments on that so I don't get penalized for underpayment. Where do I do this? Am I able to do it on turbotax?

You can make estimated tax payments for tax year 2025 on this IRS website - https://www.irs.gov/payments

If you had a lump-sum payment in 2024, but won't have one again for 2025, you may not need to make Estimated Payments.  Your lump-sum payment was an extra amount of income for 2024 only.

Since you already filed, you can make any Estimated Payments on the IRS Payment Site.

Here's more info on Estimated Taxes.

@skitchkay You will want to make the estimated payment for 2025 before April 15, 2025.  See the direct link to the IRS payments in DoninGA's reply (above).

Thank you. Am I able to make the payment without mailing account form 1040-ES? Can I just use the worksheet to estimate and make the payment?
