I accidently entered to apply my state refund to 2023 but I would like my refund

You can log back into your account to make changes anytime prior to filing your return.  

Click Tax Home on the left-hand menu. 
Click Federal (or State) and you can navigate through the different sections of your return using the top menu links (Personal, Deductions and Credits, etc).

Did you file yet?  If you filed it's too late to change it unless it rejects.

To change the entry you made to apply your  Federal refund to next year

Apply Refund to Next Year - Click the Start or Update button and answer NO or delete the amount.

For state go through the State tab again, probably near the end and look for that screen again to change it.  Change it to No and delete the amount.
