Once you enter your estimated 2022 income into the estimated payments section of the Virginia return, it would generate the estimated tax payments.  Hopefully, the following will help:

To print State Estimated tax payments:

1. Open your return.
2. Click on the tab State Taxes.
3. Click Start or Edit next to Other Situations on the screen Your 2021 Virginia taxes are ready for us to check.
4. Click Start next to Make Estimated Tax Payments for Next Year on the screen A few things before we wrap up your taxes.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to calculate the amount of your estimated taxes based on your estimated 2022 income inputted.
6. Click on Forms.
7. Forms 760ES 1-4 should have populated.
