How to get TT 2018 Mac to import last year's .tax2017 data? It's greyed out - and doesn't become available even when I try to open a new return.

TT 2018 will not import **.tax2017 data even on new return. 2017 shows grayed out in the select file screen. Never a problem in 20 years of TT. Mac, not on-line but CD purchased on annual renewal.
