If you are getting Reject code R0148 from the State of New York, this is the reason and how to fix it:

You have a missing primary or spouse signature checkbox on the New York E-file Declaration statement. 

1. Revisit the File tab,
2. click on Revisit to file,
3. click Continue until you reach the "Declaration to E-file Your State" screen.
4. Be sure you check the Taxpayer box (and Spouse box if applicable),
5. the re-file your return.
6. If you keep getting this reject, you will need to physically print, sign and mail in your return.

This has been corrected and you need to resubmit your return. If you submitted it yesterday, it will likely reject but if you resubmit today or after, you should have success.
