How to extimate 2019 taxes with major changes to income

Estimating 2019 taxes using Turbo Tax 2018..  I want to see what my estimated taxes s/b for 2019 but I won't have a rental property or capital gains due to the sale of the property.  So I won't have the income that I had this year.  How can I create a tax plan that allows for only ordinary income

Use the What-If worksheet in Forms mode.  Click on Forms in the upper right of the desktop program screen.  Click on Open Form in the upper left of the screen.  Type in what-if.  On the result - highlight and Open Form. Use the 2019 tax rates on the worksheet.
