I scheduled the payment through turbo tax for my kansas city tax earnings payment and they said they cannot cancel it. It has to be done with whoever I filed my taxes with? Is that not correct? Thank you for your help!

As CatinaT1 mentioned above, you will need to contact Kansas City Revenue Division regarding a scheduled payment. There isn't a way to cancel or stop a payment once you send a return. Contact information is listed here.
