How to allow a support professional view screen

The Share Screen tool in Turbo Tax is used if you are on the phone with one of our support professionals and you are working through a problem with your tax return. It allows the support professional to view your screen with you. The support professional cannot change any information or move to a different screen. They can only see the screen you present to them.

@Lolala1959 You will need to be much more specific about the help you need.  We cannot see your screen, your tax return or your account.  Where are you stuck?

your TT support pro should be able to walk you through the procedure.  If they don't know ask to speak to a supervisor.
