How to add a new e-file

I've been using TurboTax for years! However, this is my first time using TurboTax Online option which was offered as I was installing the software on my computer. I can't find how to add a new e-file for another other household member, just I was able to do with the Desktop version in previous years. The TurboTax Premier I purchased from Costco states it includes "5" E-files. I just can't figure out how to add a new e-file for another household member. Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

When you use online TurboTax software you get one return per fee.

Each return needs its own account and user ID.   If you use the same account and user ID for a second return, the second one overwrites the first return and it is lost forever.

The 5 e-filed are only if you are using the TurboTax desktop editions.

When using the TurboTax online editions you can only file one tax return per account and User ID.  For another tax return you would need to create a new account with a new User ID.

If you used the Desktop program before you may notice several differences and not like the online version. It has less features and no Forms Mode. The Online versions don't have all the same forms so you might have to upgrade to a higher Online version. You can only do 1 return per account. Your return is only saved online so be sure to save both the .tax2025 data file and the pdf file to your computer when you are done. In case you need to amend in the future or if you need a copy to get a loan or something. You might not be able to access your online return when you need a copy.
