Ok, I had just left you another comment below, when I realized I misread your question.  Hang on while I look at the Card's fees or tell you how to view them.

There is no fee for direct deposit.  Direct deposit is free.

Are you using Free Edition which has no fees?  If so, the rest of this answer may not apply to you.  But if you do have some added fees, see the following:

There IS a fee, however, if you choose to pay any TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund.  That payment method has a service fee of 39.99 (44.99 for California filers.)    You avoid that fee by paying upfront with credit/debit card or a prepaid debit card.

If you already chose that option and want to remove it, here's how, depending on your location:

Wait a minute.  I may have misunderstood your question.

What do you mean by depositing the Turbo Card into your bank?   I thought you meant to direct deposit a tax refund into your bank.   So please clarify.

Here is the cardholder agreement.  The first page shows some fees and there are additional paragraphs about withdrawal procedures, daily withdrawal limits, etc.

Are you wanting to redeem the card at your bank and then deposit the proceeds into your bank account?  Or are you wanting some kind of direct transfer to your bank account (which I don't know if it can be done or not.)   Your bank may be able to redeem it, then deposit it in your account.

I'm just a fellow user like you looking at that cardholder agreement.   It looks like a "teller cash withdrawal" is $2.50 per transaction, if that's the situation you are referring to.

The Turbo Prepaid VISA Card is a different company from TurboTax.  It's probably best that you speak directly to their customer service.   Here's how you can speak to Turbo Card's customer support for more info:    (888) 285-4169
