Here is the cardholder agreement. The first page shows some fees and there are additional paragraphs about withdrawal procedures, daily withdrawal limits, etc.

Are you wanting to redeem the card at your bank and then deposit the proceeds into your bank account? Or are you wanting some kind of direct transfer to your bank account (which I don't know if it can be done or not.) Your bank may be able to redeem it, then deposit it in your account.
I'm just a fellow user like you looking at that cardholder agreement. It looks like a "teller cash withdrawal" is $2.50 per transaction, if that's the situation you are referring to.
