The processing of state tax payments varies from state to state. Funds are usually withdrawn on the date you selected when filing your returns. For more information, please see When will my tax payment go through?
You may also want to reach out to your State Department of Revenue to check on the status. Please select your state from this help article for assistance: How do I contact my state Department of Revenue?
Thanks. I've been trying to call my local state agency, but I can't get through due to "high call volume" (they just hang up on me). I've tried to double check and make sure I really selected the option to pay through a debit card, but I'm not sure where to look. If I goofed on that step, I want to make sure I still make the payment on time. Any ideas?
Can you clarify which state? @GLBalend
