How long does it take to receive refund mailed out on Feb 22

Last year in most cases, many filing taxes received their refund in less  than 3 weeks when you e-file.  Go to  Where's my Refund to track your refund. You can start tracking your refund 4 weeks after you have mailed to the IRS.

Keep in mind, in an attempt to protect individual tax filers, the PATH act was put in place. This may be causing a slight delay for many tax filers.

Why hasn't it been  mailed feb.22 and today March 7 should I cancel state refund and I had email debit turbotax card sent to me in 2 days from feb.24 why

@Loke0 If you are expecting your refund on a Turbo Visa Debit Card, the time frame for receiving your refund on the card is the same as the standard turnaround time for directly deposited returns. Per the IRS, most refunds are received within 21 days from the time a return has been accepted (received). For the most up-to-date information regarding the status of your tax return and a specific date of when to expect your refund, please visit the IRS Where's My Refund? site.

Regarding canceling your state return, if you have already e-filed you are not able to cancel or retract it.
