My mailman comes around 5 so I wouldn’t know yet but they said my check was mailed out on the 4th
Someone told me the exact same thing and it’s frustrating I have been waiting since Feb 19.

They are giving me the run around and telling me the same as they told everyone else. On hold now hopin to speak with a supervisor and get this resolved.
Im in the same situation. I filed end of Jan. Was accepted beginning of February. The DD was issued feb 23 but rejected the 24. I still have not gotten a check myself. It’s march 16. The mailman hasn’t come yet. So it’s the waiting game. I have no idea when it was mailed so I can’t tell how long it’s been since it’s been mailed or if it’s been mailed
So as of today 3/16/2022 still no check. TPG advised me last time I spoke to them that my check was sent out on 2/28/22. However they only send checks on Tuesdays and Thursday’s or whatever days. Cause at this point it’s something new everyday. First it was I would have my check by 3/11/22 so I called cause I had not received it. They stated there is nothing they can do and they can not change delievery method so even if I don’t receive it they’ll have to send out another check because they can’t direct deposit it to another account if I don’t receive the check. Then when I called on Friday they said I should receive it by 3/18/22. This is ridiculous. I don’t see what the problem is. And I told them what would be the issue with putting a stop payment on the check and issuing a direct deposit. The guy told me there are no funds in the account to direct deposit. I told them that made no sense because how would I cash a check that has no funds in an account. The funds have to be there in order for me to cash the check. I’ve asked numerous times to speak with a supervisor but apparently TPG doesn’t have supervisors or none that you can speak to or they’ll send a message to their manager and they’ll call you back in “24-48hrs”. They told me that last Tuesday 3/8/22 here we are 3/16/22 and I haven’t gotten a call back from a supervisor or manager for that! It’s unbelievable what am I paying fees for if my money is not delievered in a timely manner!! I understand they’re are some mail delays or whatever a bit! However, I am in Maryland seriously how long can it take to mail and receive a check!!!! I am beyond pissed!!!!!!!!!!
They don’t believe in supervisors there! I even went as far to say I wouldn’t be receiving the check either way because that’s not my mailing address. They said that I would need to go to the nearest post office and have my mail forwarded because they can’t change the mailing address. I have never seen a PROFESSIONAL BANK that can’t do something or make adjustments! Lies lies lies and more lies!
They tell us we shall get it 7-10 business days from the mailed date its been 8 business days so far for me

Hey did y’all se the envelope it comes on? Do y’all have informed delivery? They be lying they printed checks on 2/4 of March and sent out on 8th bc my checked was postmarked that day but printed on 3/2

So we have to count 10 business days from the 8th ? Can you show us a picture of what it looks like
Yes I have informed delivery but it doesn’t show the check arriving
