How long does it take to get a check from tpg

My refund got dd on Feb 14 to stpg I put the wrong amount number in so I find out feb 17 after tpg takes another 30 that I'm now getting a check so I called Feb 21 the lady sais oh it was mailed out Feb 18 can take 10 21 days so I called March 1st the lady never even looked me up she said oh we only mail checks Tues and Thurs so don't worry you will get your check this month oh wow thanks I hope so it's March 1st it's now March 4 still no check I will never use turbo tax again I already paid how much money I could of went to h&r block paid 20 more and got a professional do it and I could have had my money a month ago 

Better question is how long to get the full amount if ever.  Convenient that TurboTax is trying to kick the can over to someone they do business with when it all goes wrong.  TurboTax/TPG shorted me $517.  But no big deal, right?  I guess it wasn't really my money. 

I have literally been on hold with TPG for the past 4 days at least for 3 hours each day to not speak with a representative and then they say your wait time is 4 minutes and then switches to 40 min. I do not understand what is going on with TPG. I need an answer on where my refund is and when it was mailed and when I will be receiving it.  You have provided links to their website with their contact information however, that is not sufficient because either they have phones on loop at TPG or nobody is working there. I have called literally at 9 am for the past 4 days and have been on hold for hours with no response and no representative. I have even sent an email to their submit a request and still not received a response. My payment was disbursed to them on FEB 23. It is now March 4. I need this to be resolved immediately. I paid Turbo tax for a service and I did not get the service I provided. We are in a pandemic and people are waiting for this money for certain circumstances myself included. I need Turbo Tax to reach out to TPG and do their part immediately to get some answers on this to address their customer's concerns!

I want to know if turbo tax is going to continue doing business with TPG. I’ve used turbo tax for the past 7 years and will never again as long as they continue  using TPG. I do not trust tpg at all they have lied repeatedly, keep changing dates, withholding funds, and out right stealing peoples money. Are you guys actually reading the comments before you give your generic responses. TPG has made turbo tax seem just as untrustworthy  as them. You guys are no help at all. They have had my funds since Feb 23rd when they took their fees. They tell you a different date anytime you finally get a hold of them about mailing a check. So far they have mailed it March 1st 3rd 4th 8th and today as well. 

Hello I’m having the same problem my dates keep changing I put my account number in wrong and I’ve been waiting sense March 2nd did anyone get a update 

I finally got an email response from them saying that my check was mailed to me on March 4th, 2022. It is March 15th. There is no freaking way mail takes that long. I will not be filing with TT anymore. I wouldn't even be in this situation if TBG would have put me and my wife's name on the refund when they sent it to my bank. 

Exactly! We need to start reporting stuff like this. Companies that abuse customers trust and refuse to adequately inform us when problems like this occur need to be held accountable. There is no reason why, especially when it comes to money, that we were not updated formally that we may experience delays in receiving our refunds due to whatever reason that our partner TPG is having. Just a formal email explaining the situation would’ve been enough for most people and saved a lot of headaches. Instead choosing to not fully explain the situation and to only reply with the same generic messages repeatedly to people seeking answers makes everything worse. It infuriates us and we deserve more respect than that as paying customers. This is definitely not how you keep customers. If anyone would like to report them, go to the IRS website and fill out form 14157 & 14157-A.

Also to all the turbo tax professionals that saw all these comments and replied with the same generic message every time. That is not customer service. That is just annoying and at best you just made the situation worse. It would’ve been better if you just didn’t respond in the first place. Especially if you were not going to provide useful information other phone numbers….
