Once Where's My Refund? shows "Refund Sent" and a date, it could take up to 5 days for it to be reflected in your bank account, it all depends on the bank, how and when funds are credited.

If you are still waiting on your refund, if your return was accepted less than 21 days ago, hang in there. It can take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks to go from acceptance to approval.
