How does the turbotax "Maximum Refund Guarantee" work and how do I ask for it?

From what I read, if you get more from a different tax company,  then turbotax will refund the purchase you paid for your fed and state taxes. I would have gotten $101 more (and for free) from TaxAct had I used them. Does the guarantee apply to me and how do I go about getting a refund if so?

I'm sorry, but the FAQ wasn't clear enough for me. How do I know for a fact that I am eligible and how do I go about asking for it? Do I call a number? Do I send in a refund request?
